Having entered into a verbal data contract with a Mondo call centre agent via an unsolicited call, it turns out the agent gave me the incorrect/incomplete information and the data contract was not at all what was explained to me. However, Prenusha from Mondo went the extra mile to ensure that they delivered a similar contract to that which I had entered into with the call centre agent.
<p>Avoid using A&M Wendy (Pretoria). They built a garden shed for me. Doors jam as soon as it rains and go out of alignment. Closing bolts are secured with nails and just come loose. Contacted them (especially Alec who seems to be in charge) numerous times over a period from April to August to fix but despite many promises to come out they never pitched, and now have given up. Inferior quality Wendy's and the worst customer service I have come across for ages. Can't believe they have been in business for 37 years. Their promises are lies and their guarantee isn't worth anything. Rather use another business who is still interested in their customers and takes pride in their product after they have been paid.</p>
