My card for what nonsense?????.....
I was at ackermans westgate mall today to refund a laybye. They told me that they needed the card that i used to pay for deposit. Why?????????? The guy who was overriding didnt even take his time to explain why they needed my card. I ddnt have it with me,and i wanted to know where does it state that if u do refund they need a card if purchased using it. Is ackermans making their own rules???? Is this how customers are treated???? Shame on you

I feel like dying right now
iam very angry. ok this business debited R449 from my account without my authorization. I need to pay school fees n buy food. I so hope capitec bank reverses my money

she was pleased to refund me!
<p>I ordered soul sister party 4,n waited for my order for 20 minutes while they call orders of ppl behind me. I then asked the lady to check my order n she said I should wait for 10 minutes can u imagine,n then I was surprised n she offered me a refund! </p> <p>What about my order?</p> <p> </p>
