Thembekile from Eastrand mall is very rude to customers. A fellow colleague asked her to come and help with reaching for a Laybuy that was high and she blatantly refused. Which led to me standing aside for about 10 minutes.
<p>I cannot believe that a company with more than 14 years of existence has no ability whatsoever to solve customer's complaints. I have a complaint that has been going on for over 2 months but instead of getting a sincere apology from the company all i keep getting are the lamest excuses. It is appauling.
<p>My story starts when i decided to apply at UNISA for a Bcom Banking degree. During the application process i sent countless emails to UNISA following up on my application which always showed a "pending status" on their tracking system, i phoned about a hundred times to no avail and don’t even get me stated on the number of times i took time off work to go to their Johannesburg branch.</p> <p>Now this problem became worse when i obtained a bursary from my employer and the funds were paid over to UNISA, however my application was not processed due to the strikes that were experienced by the university early this year.</p> <p>I have been sending emails and phoning UNISA to find out how the refund process works, to no avail. i even went to the main campus in Pretoria (mind you i stay in the eastrand). when i got the i was told i needed to go to the Sunnyside branch, which i did immediately however when i got there i was told they cannot assist me.</p> <p>i am very disappointed if this is how educational institutions make their money. i feel like i have been taken advantage of and at this point i am not willing to let R6 830.00 to just go down the drain.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Princess Ndebele</p> <p> ********** 3</p>
<p>I took my son's tablet for service at Vodacom Westgate (Chatz connect) and i was assisted by Riaaz who is a service consultant. i am very disappointed in their level of service as it has been five weeks and no feedback has been received.</p> <p> </p> <p>My problem is that there is no communication and when i take the initiative to contact them they always say they have not yet received feedback from AG Mobile. i have been given contact details for yet another consultant at AG mobile but contacting them has also proved to be a waste of my time as no one bothers to even answer the call and most of the time the phone is engaged.</p>
