I have been going to Chicago's for years, but after last night's experience, I will never return, and I will never recommend this establishment to anyone, I went for a nice night out with my boyfriend and it landed up being the most awful evening where we were kicked out by the bouncers because another man kept intimidating me and tried to start a fight, and despite us being completely in the right and trying to avoid it at all costs and not allowing a fight to happen, we still got kicked out and the man who was threatening and trying to start a fight, was told he could stay, I wrote on their Facebook page about the incident, the manager then went and removed my review and when I messaged him asking him for video footage of the events and queried why he had removed my review, he went and blocked me from being able to message or comment on the page, Instead of taking responsibility for the actions of the establishment like a good business owner would, he went ahead and blocked me instead and is avoiding it at all costs, Absolutely not on and disgusting to treat a customer like that who has supported them many times over the years, places like this don't deserve to stay open or get support,
My boyfriend got the Samsung s21 ultra two weeks ago today, today we put it under water for not even 10 SECONDS It wasn't submerged more than 5 centimeters and the speaker is now crackling and the screen keeps freezing as well, When phoning Telkom, they refuse to help and tell us to get ahold of Samsung When you pay R30, 000 for a cellphone, and it is advertised as waster resistance for up to 1. 5 metres for up to 30 minutes It is disgusting to think that not even 10 seconds in 5 centimeters water, is something that will make the phone completely glitch out And typical Samsung they won't assist or do anything and they wonder why they loose customers to apple. Sickening.
This company is a bunch of thieves!! They are quick to take your money but not to refund you when they can't deliver on their promises. I ordered 2 bottles of perfume that were listed as in stock, 2-5 working days for shipping. On day 3 I enquired about when I can expect my order, they told me they've changed warehouses and things are a bit crazy and that they will ship my order within the next day or two, A whole week later I enquire once again, and now the story has changed and that they don't have the product and have changed suppliers and are waiting on suppliers So I asked them to cancel my order and refund me. Then all of a sudden the product is apparently arriving that afternoon, I requested a refund regardless and told them to cancel my order, now all of a sudden she will only voice note me on WhatsApp and not type out actual messages, which is very unprofessional for a paper trail of events, I get told refunds only get done on Fridays. Friday has arrived and I have asked for my refund and Lisa just blatantly won't reply to you. I posted this on their facebook page as well and they have blocked me from their page and removed my comments because they clearly don't like the negative light being shown of how poorly run this company is, STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They false advertise and steal your money. I am getting the police and lawyers involved as well in this, which is ridiculous, but they cannot keep getting away with this Last time they also owed me a refund, it took them a whole month and aroun 10 emails before I received anything from them. This company is the worst online company that I have ever used.
