Service at its BEST !!!!
After an Amazing end of year function I realized that I was double charged on my account. The next day I contacted them and couldn't be more impressed by their understanding and acceptance of this 'incorrect' charge. Refund was processed immediately. Thank you Stan...best waiter Ever !

Service at its BEST !!!!
After an Amazing end of year function I realized that I was double charged on my account. The next day I contacted them and couldn't be more impressed by their understanding and acceptance of this 'incorrect' charge. Refund was processed immediately. Thank you Stan...best waiter Ever !

Getting ********** at the bar
Last night, my boyfriend and a friend went out. They charged him R187 for 2x brandy's. He then confronted the bar lady and said he is basically being ******, next moment they called the bouncer on him and chased him out. This is very unacceptable and i'm deeply disappointed.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from their ****s , young man assaulted in ICU , chargers have been laid, let’s hope the law takes its course apparently this happens on a regular basis place should be closed Down

Had the absolute worst night out last night... my friends and I have been going to Chicago's for years, after last night, we will 100% not be going back. Firstly, witnessing a young girl having a seizure, and the bouncer then carrying her downstairs and "plopping" her down on the neighboring business's TABLE of all places, to find out not one person on their staff is first aid trained or anything and left the patrons to deal with the situation was appalling and absolutely shocking. It however did not end there, at the end of the evening, the bouncers assaulted my friend and my mother.... yes my friend shouted at the bouncers as he was escorted off the premises, but the extent the bouncers then took it to was shocking, my friend was grabbed by his shirt and punched in the face and head at least 3 times, only to then be let go of and fall straight to the ground, on the stairs, unconscious, as my mother and I (both of us stone cold sober, not having touched a drop of alcohol) then asked the bouncers very nicely (tryout to calm the situation)to please now leave him alone, we will take him to the car, the bouncer that delivered the punches then grabbed my mother's arm and started screaming at us something about being a pro boxer and whatever other ******* and threats, he then continued to scream and shout at us as we were leaving. Absolutely horrified at how unprofessional this establishment actually is. And how brutal and unnecessarily violent the bouncers, especially the smaller one with a "Mohawk" of sorts are.

BAD MANAGEMENT AND BULLYING BY BOUNCERS
I have been going to Chicago's for years, but after last night's experience, I will never return, and I will never recommend this establishment to anyone, I went for a nice night out with my boyfriend and it landed up being the most awful evening where we were kicked out by the bouncers because another man kept intimidating me and tried to start a fight, and despite us being completely in the right and trying to avoid it at all costs and not allowing a fight to happen, we still got kicked out and the man who was threatening and trying to start a fight, was told he could stay, I wrote on their Facebook page about the incident, the manager then went and removed my review and when I messaged him asking him for video footage of the events and queried why he had removed my review, he went and blocked me from being able to message or comment on the page, Instead of taking responsibility for the actions of the establishment like a good business owner would, he went ahead and blocked me instead and is avoiding it at all costs, Absolutely not on and disgusting to treat a customer like that who has supported them many times over the years, places like this don't deserve to stay open or get support,
