BAD MANAGEMENT AND BULLYING BY BOUNCERS

I have been going to Chicago's for years, but after last night's experience, I will never return, and I will never recommend this establishment to anyone,

I went for a nice night out with my boyfriend and it landed up being the most awful evening where we were kicked out by the bouncers because another man kept intimidating me and tried to start a fight, and despite us being completely in the right and trying to avoid it at all costs and not allowing a fight to happen, we still got kicked out and the man who was threatening and trying to start a fight, was told he could stay,

I wrote on their Facebook page about the incident, the manager then went and removed my review and when I messaged him asking him for video footage of the events and queried why he had removed my review, he went and blocked me from being able to message or comment on the page, Instead of taking responsibility for the actions of the establishment like a good business owner would, he went ahead and blocked me instead and is avoiding it at all costs, Absolutely not on and disgusting to treat a customer like that who has supported them many times over the years, places like this don't deserve to stay open or get support,
