I am rather annoyed that it was not made clear that sporting goods will be charged as extra baggage. I flew in with airlink and there was no charge for my bag and now I just had to pay USD 40 for my bag. Thank you for making it so clear when booking Fastjet!
<p>Upon purchasing a bottle of deodorant I soon discovered that the spray function was not working properly and it was leaking whenever I used it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I took the product back into the store to exchange the faulty product I had purchased, to be rudely greeted by the store manager a Mr Ismail Hoosain who refused to swop the product because I did not have a slip. The manner in which he handled the situation was not very professional and it has left a very bad taste in my mouth of the SPAR organisation in a whole. There has been a number of small incidences I have encountered at the same store and do believe it comes down tyo poor management. There has been times when staff have not been trained up on service in terms of their fast food takeaway where they did not have a clue of the meals they serve there and could not prepare the meal for me to times when they have not had packaging to serve some meals for over a week.</p> <p> </p> <p>In general I am not very happy with this store and hope to receive a response from the SPAR group regarding these incidences.</p>
