Thorburn
Over the past 2 years I’ve been using Thorburn. On a few occasions the house alarm was activated and I was notified that Thorburn would call the police to go check on my property. Not once have I received a follow up call on the polices’ findings on checking the property. When I followed up with Thorburn I was told they could not get hold of the police or the police was not available. Tonight I found an intruder on my property and used the panic button... guess what... no service from Thorburn because they don’t have vehicles available in my area or the nearest town 25km away...

We had dinner on Friday evening... what great service we got and what a wonderful meal we had. Stunning!!! The ice cream after was a very pleasant surprise. Thank you!!

Poor service
<p>I ordered shutters and was dealing with Hanno who was very professional and knowledgable. Halfway through the project Len took over after which I received no communication on when the product would be finshed, what time the installers would be arrivinhg or that they would be more than 3 hours late on the date of installation. only excuses were given but never an apology. What an unprofessional and poorly organised experience this has been.</p>
