I erroneously entered an extra digit when paying for my subscription. I immediately contacted Wix to cancel this. They refused to refund me even though they could clearly see that I had not used the service at all. Now I am left with a service which I have no use for and 20k out of pocket.
I bought a height chart two weeks ago and I didn't receive it! When looking for their contact details so I could call, their website was taken down.

<p>So we transferred euros from my husband Bidvest account to this personal bank account. They told us the money would reflect the following Saturday. We waited until Monday and still nothing. When we called they said that they've accidentally paid his cash into the WRONG bank account and that we must wait for the money to be returned to them before they can pay it again. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is pathetic. It is a large amount of money and its shocking that it's not being handled with more care. </p>
