What a delight this company is to deal with! I transferred after having the most horrendous experience with Wispernet and I can only say what a wonderful contrast this company is! Efficient, reliable, friendly, tech-savvy and a stable connection and service - with excellent, immediate customer support 24/7 if needed. THANK YOU Cloud Connect! You Rock!
Hands down, the ABSOLUTE WORST service I have EVER received from ANY COMPANY! Wispernet are unreliable (SO many dropped connections), chaotic, hostile, rude, churlish, dismissive, belligerent and immature. And this attitude (surprise, surprise) emanates directly down from Alewijn Joubert, their CEO - and seems to have infected the vast majority of the staff I dealt with in the George office - particularly Surietha in the accounts department, who seems to be a very unhappy human being who hates her job and just wants to make life harder for anyone she ever has to deal with. There is zero customer support during the day (leave a message for the Support team and HOPE they may get back to you - never happens) - with SUPER limited after hours support and everyone taking the Christmas holidays off - so just pray your connection doesn't go down then like mine did! And THEN... when you DARE to complain, the official solution is to ignore all of your correspondence and then discontinue your service (as I have read in other reviews too!)... an "interesting" approach to customer service that will hopefully only serve to put Wispernet out of business sooner rather than later. The happy ending to this sad tale is that I am now with CLOUD CONNECT instead - who are an absolute joy to do business with. They are efficient, friendly, a LOT more tech-savvy - AND you can reach support (directly!) from 6am - 11pm, 24/7. Their service is FAR more stable and reliable and I am SO SO happy to have found them. Please DO NOT waste your time on Wispernet - you WILL live to regret it!

I have a customer waiting for her parcel - tracking number PE ********** 75ZA - which appears to have been stuck at Witspos mail centre in Johannesburg since 9th November. It was sent from Knysna on 2nd November - 2 weeks ago now. I still send a lot of items by post in my business - but I am beginning to consider stopping this entirely and just using Aramex (whom I have found to be very efficient) as this kind of service is just not acceptable. I have tried calling the Witspos mail centre and I just get put in a queue. I don't have the time to wait on the phone for half an hour for someone to answer. I have tried emailing ********** as directed by the automated message at Witspos but still haven't received an answer. PLEASE ADVISE WHERE THIS PARCEL IS AND WHEN MY CUSTOMER CAN EXPECT IT???? Otherwise I will have no option but to take my business permanently elsewhere. Thank you.
