Recently installed a geyser with the company, install was done very badly when installing(roof tiles broken, ceiling damaged due to water leaking from the broken roof tiles and broken water proofing, together with lights not working) which I only realized when it rained which caused damages. Emailed them, and eventually had a team come out armed with a ladder and silicon sealer, they "sealed" the broken roof tiles together and didn't address any other issues. I emailed them and asked it this was the proposed long term solution with no response. I'm forced to take them up legally for the massive damages I have suffered due to their negligence.
<p>I am absolutely frustrated with Vodacom. My contract ended in April 2016. I requested to be switched to Prepaid in May. My accound was debited for a contract in May and June. When I queried the reason, I was informed that the consultatant made a mistake with the date. Fine... we all make mistakes. I asked that Vodacom urgently correct the problem which they said they did. Another month goes by with incorrect debit order. I call again and am told the consultant made an error AGAIN. By this time i refused to pay as i have not used my phone. My phone is now blocked. I have made over 10 calls to Vodacom and no one is able to assist. I asked that a manager call me, ad was told some one will call me within 24 hours. It's been more than a month and no one has called. I try calling the Pre Legal department and the call just cuts. I AM now furious. Vodacom should rather say they do not care about their customers</p>
