I ordered a special for the buy one get one zinger burger this morning from. The uber eats app. I only received 2 burgers. There are 4 people In my home. I paid in full and now 2 people won't get. Why would I order 2 of the specials if I didn't want 4 burgers. I'm so frustrated because this kfc is always messing up my orders. This is not the first time that items are missing . Today is the last I can tolerate it. Worst kfc service ever. This is the kfc malvern Durban. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.
I have received such amazing services from Justin from TEFL Station. I saw a video on the service he provides and was very intrigued. I wanted to know more. He got back to me almost instantly and answered my questions before I even asked. He was super prepared and professional. Made me feel super comfortable with the process. The one thing I really appreciated was his honesty, and not making the process work to his advantage only. He gave me the pros and cons as I worked full time and wanted to make some extra money in my free time. Then he left it to me and was so pleasant. Would highly recommend him.?look no further Justin is your guy!
I have had an amazing Journey with Bianca Dancer from Ooba. Such efficiency, courtesy, and great service. Bianca was always available to take my calls and answer my questions. My last 3 visits to KFC was really a disaster. I gave it a chance the 1st and 2nd time thinking it happens, however the 3rd time was the last i could take. The first 2 times the chicken was extremely rubbery and very hard. It tasted old. The 3rd time was the same story. As well as firstly the waitress took down my order incorrectly after confirming 4 times at the till. Then the person packing the food was touching my food with her bare hands and not wearing gloves. When preparing my ice cream she had touched the icecream as well. I did not understand why she didn't wear gloves. When i went home our food was rubbery, dry and over done. My husband was given a hot and crispy piece when he had not exchanged his piece. This is unacceptable and a very poor quality of service, delivery and food. So disappointed and dissatisfied.
I received an online discount to order online. i added the promo code. however i had to pay the full amount. i am very unhappy.
