Having made use of their online and click and collect services during covid I was full of praise at the start. Around 3 weeks ago I placed a complaint regarding the disappointing online delivery. I was informed of a failure to deliver halfway through the delivery period. The week thereafter I was made to wait almost an hour for a click and collect order whilst seeing numerous other customers arrive and leave before me. I shod have just gone into the shop myself. After getting no assistance via email I then approached them on social media and was reassured that the matter was being handled. Well two week later, one month in total, I am still waiting to hear from them. If you don't have the capacity to make good in your promises, don't offer them. But I'm guessing that business is doing so well, losing a loyal client here or there doesn't affect big corporations does it?
After using this product for years and recommending it to numerous people, the product has failed multiple times. Having tried the online route to vent my frustration, not only was I not contacted but their communication channels are extremely poor. The only place I could come to was here. These patches are not cheap. And when box after box does not work, not only do I feel done down by the money lost, but also saddened that a product which usually brings so much relief, caused pain both physically and financially. There isn't even a channel to air these frustrations and request a refund. Very disappointed.
What excellent service. From the ease of ordering to receiving the goods BEFORE the eta. So impressed. Thanks for showing us what online shopping and customer satisfaction should look like.
Good day. I was informed that my delivery would come through yesterday. I then received an sms saying that they were unable to deliver as I was not home. We did not receive a call to say they were at the gates of our complex. I then received a message saying it will be here by 3 today. Only to receive the same message of them being unable to deliver my goods. Again, no call was made to say there were here. I have been home both times to receive the parcel. As I am unable to call anyone as their phone lines are down. And I have had no responses to my emails or facebook messages. I have never had this problem with them before but it is highly unlikely that I will utilize their services in the future. V Reddy

<p>I have cancelled my contract with ADT which took over a month to verify. However, this was not the biggest gripe. As I was unable to make it a debit order owing to fact that the previous owner of the contract passed away, I repeatedly asked them to send the oustanding amount and banking details and received no communications. I then received a call alluding to the fact that I was avoiding the payment. Not only are all my payments timeous on all my accounts, but I resent people being smug about a situation they themselves have created. Having complained on their site and having received no reply, I was left with no option but to seek out your services. I hope this gets resolved as I'd hate to see myself or others get a bad credit rating for situations out of our control. Thank you. </p>
