I purchased two tyres from TWT in December 2023. Within 12 months both tyres developed bubbles. When I reported the issue in December 2024, I was told it was pothole damage without proper inspection. The focus was on selling me new tyres rather than investigating. In August 2025, an alternate reputable company inspected the tyres and alerted me that both had failed in the exact same position. They advised me to return the tyres, which confirmed this was not ordinary wear or road damage. Despite this, TWT still maintains it was road damage. The suggestion that I somehow managed to damage both tyres in the exact same spot is unrealistic. Instead of acknowledging the evidence, I was left to carry the replacement cost myself. Poor after-sales support and disappointing customer care.

Deal with challenges before they leave a bitter taste in a clients mouth, in this case a loyal supporter. One who refers other to your business too. Ordered a KitchenAid stand mixer with ice cream attachment as advertised on their site at R11999 on the 22nd Dec 2023. This was not an easy decision to make, given the amount of value of the purchase. Accepted that it's the festive seaso, I factored in alonger lead time. By the 29th I queried as I saw social media posts about current promotions and enquired about their trading periods as my order was still marked as unfulfilled online. I was told my order had shipped out, I was given the waybill number. By the 4th Jan 2024, nothing had been collected as per the courier site via tracking, that only a waybill was created. That the log was cancelled as there was nothing to collect. Upon reaching out, I was told that someone would respond. I missed a call from Rishen and as it was after hours, I deferred my return call given that he would not be able to respond to my query with the appropriate information. However there was no further calls or feedback. Which prompted me to review on Google and a call to Rishen. He eventually returned my call. Excuses from floods, to hijacks, courier issues, to being away at a show..... regardless I was still out of pocket and no closer to having my order. It appears that the ice cream attachment was out of stock, this was causing a delay. At the same time, my social media post received a response that my order was shipped out the day before. It appears responses are made to save face on a social platform. I was offered alternate attachments which were far less in value than the attachment offered with the mixer ordered. Please also note that they have mixers at R9999 which was not considered with a refund of the balance paid. The current solution is sending the mixer and then sending the ice cream attachment once they have stock. I've asked for this in writing, as wellnas the waybill details for tracking of both, given that I've lost faith in this company. My current cart of 17 items will be emptied. I will update this post once I've received my order.
