*****STERS AND CAPITEC CANNOT HELP!!!!!
I went to draw money at a Absa ATM, which I couldnt retrieve my money as well as my card would not come out again. I do not have a cel phone at the moment - it is broken - so could not contact Capitec Bank to stop my card. - This happened on Sunday about 6.30pm. Well needless to say the *****sters got my card and had my pin and drew out R7500.00 (my rent money) out of my account. Capitec just pulls their shoulders up and says sorry we cannot help you!!!!! There where 3 transaction not completely through my account yet or R3500.00 where the card was swiped - they could not reverse this??? Surely banks have some insurance to cover their customers in this instant???? I know about 7yrs ago when I was with Absa they cloned my card and also took like R5000 out my account I was refunded all that money within 7 days - what is the problem with Capitec?????? I must go open a case at the police?? - will they get my money back - I dont think so - to me this is disgusting that the bank which I have been with for many many years cannot help and just pull their shoulders up. Ive heard of alot of people who complain about this - Capitec clients.

LETTING PEOPLE - THIEVES
Please stay away from renting property from Letting People, they are thieves. I read a few reveiws and everyone seems to complain about the same thing - they charge people absolute mad prices to "clean" a flat that was super clean when I moved out. they charged me R1650 for cleaning - myself and a my maid washed and cleaned the 2 bedroom little flat- cupboards/walls/ stove everything before I handed over the keys. they have charged me R3445 to fix a small piece of wall that the plaster came off not even 5inches long - which I must tell you just fell out as it had been patched before and to "COLOUR CODE" normal builders contractors white paint - must have filled it with gold chips if you ask me to charge R3445??????? oh and to change a light switch - which to me is wear and tear to me - also gold plated must be. I must say I didnt even put a nail in the walls nothing. They just use your money as they please and you must just be happy with the little change they pay you after using and abusing your hard earned money. I begged them for 1 year to paint the bathroom where the paint was peeling off the walls and roof, as well as the bathroom cabinet that was falling apart to replace it, stove that was never working properly - this they cannot do but charge you a arm and a leg to so call "fix" things when you move out. Stay away from Letting People!!!!!!!!!!!

bunch of thieves
highly disgusted with these people, paid up our contract 2 years ago, and have never gone back to them, out of the blue these thieves put a debit order through onto my account and are now claiming I owe them over R12000????? they are totally out of their minds, who gives these thieves the right to just start deducting money out of my account for no reason whatsoever. Never had any correspondence nothing after I paid them in full. Just a bunch of thieves.

ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE SERVICE
We took our Corsa Ldv in for repairs, it was surging and cutting out, not idling right for repairs. Unfortunately due to financial issues we had to leave it there until we could afford to collect, we did this in September 2017, having to pay storage fees, and they told us the vehicle had been ready for months and been standing waiting for collection. Well from September they had every excuse under the sun why we couldnt collect the vehicle, they even took 3 days just to supposedly road test the vehicle. we collect it at long last on the 5th December 2017 nearly 3 months after paying for it, it has come back still surging, stalling, even worse then before, the airflow meter is taken out not even in the car was taped closed with sellotape???? We are now to scared to take it back to them because might take us another 3 - 6months to get it back again. Their service is utterly rediculous never mind the workmanship, we Paid R6000 for repairs ......... WHAT REPAIRS ....... NOTHING WAS DONE. The invoice we received just states repairs - R6000!!!!!!!!!!!! Never ever take a car to these people they are total rip offs.

<p>I rented a property from Benoni Board, stayed there for nearly 2 yrs. I had to pay upfront 2 months deposit plus 1 months rent. When I moved out on the 22nd October, have been asking them for a inspection report - which I pay R450 for, since I have moved out, I have asked on numerous occasions for a detailed statement on what my refund will be, never got it, when I went to collect my refund cheque (they dont do eft's) on the 15th November, they have deducted R5000 to repaint the flat....... only needed a touch up on a couple if not just one of the walls, was a black mark when we carried furniture out, plus they use this contractor white paint the cheapest you can get, R5000???????, decucted R860 for cleaning.... this is there was dust in the cupboards and to clean the tiles were my stove was!!!!!! a maid costs R120per day, took their cleaner half an hour to do, I asked him. they said I had put nails in the walls ..... I never put 1 nail anywhere, I told them to check the pictures they had taken from the tenants before me to check what they are talking about i.e nails, dirt, lampshades dirty.... wait for it they forgot to download them and the cel phone that they were taken on was stolen!!!!!! the flat was disgustingly dirty.... I had to clean it ... did the give me R860 to clean it???? there were like 36 nails just in the 1 bedroom not talking about the rest. ok they painted the flat out while I was in...... who had to clean after the painter...... ME. and got paint on my curtains and furniture ..... BUT THAT IS NOTHING. they also deuducted a R240 handling fee..... for what to write me a cheque out????? So from my R12500 deposit they want to give me a cheque of R3825.79?????????? Can they just do as they please with my money??? I have asked them for all invoices that add up to these amount.... nothing received to date, I did not accept the cheque told them they are mad!!!!! I have heard alot of stories about Benoni Board after I moved in and was very careful to keep my walls etc clean and put no nails in any wall, why can people like this just do as they please with your money??????????</p>
