Bunch of Useless ******!
The Benoni Board, as the managing agency at Golden City Heights, has failed to fulfill its duties. Along with the trustees, the Board has not provided financial statements for the building despite collecting monthly levies from owners. Without notifying owners, Benoni Board incorporated with Mafadi Property, a questionable firm. Despite numerous requests, the Board still has not presented financials. However, they continue demanding prompt payment of levies. The Board's lack of transparency and failure to maintain the building has deeply concerned owners.

Unfairly treatment and dismissed from work
My daughter was working at Studio 88 Lakeside Benoni, the assistance manager mistreated her after she refused to be in the relationship with him in the presence of the big manager. She reported this to the Side step manager instead of dealing with this matter they decided to fire her. I'm so disappointed that such a serious matter they took it lightly. I'm pleading for a justice for my daughter and other ladies out there

BAD SERVICE
THIS IS THE MOST TERIBLE SERVICE I HAVE EVER COME A CROSS THEY TELL YOU WE MUSTPAY OUR LEAVY IN TO NEW ACCOUNT THEN SORRY RONG ACCOUNT THEY ARE MESSING US AROUND THIS MUST STOP WILL NOT RECOMEND THEM NEVER

Excellent customer service
I would like to appreciate the effort, patience and willingness to help at all times from Maxine who is always just a phone call away. So far I'm enjoying my stay at Hilton place. All credits goes to Maxine for always going an extra mile👏👏👏

Benoni shop FAKE, SCAMMERS
DO NOT BUY FROM BENONI SHOP! The whole website and fb page is full of FAKE images, nothing is approved, no contact numbers they use fake people to email you. The product does NOT come from Benoni warehouse “as they state” they cheap Chinese imports and YOU CANNOT return the rubbish they send you, if you ever get it! Scammers and fake!

BAD SERVICE
We have been communicating with a lady by the name of Seleha, who is not helpful. Our DSTV has been disconnected for more than 10 days now and no one is helping us, we spoke to the DSTV installer and he told us that he needs to change the wiring and the dish, in order for him to do that he needs an approval for Benoni Board, he sent an email to Seleha Maharaj and she didn't not reply to his email, until we called her to find out what was happening, that's when she looked at the email and she said that she was going to forward it to the trustees for approval, we call her daily and also called one of the trustees directly, Mr Seedat, but they have still not approved. Seleha tells us different stories whenever we call her, we are paying for a service that they cannot render. Mr Andrew Pillay and Mr Seedat, please do something about this, we are paying DSTV that we cannot watch, we also using our own airtime to find out what is happening and we not getting help.
