Excellent customer service

I would like to appreciate the effort, patience and willingness to help at all times from Maxine who is always just a phone call away. So far I'm enjoying my stay at Hilton place. All credits goes to Maxine for always going an extra mile👏👏👏

Rcs is very unprofessional.I applied for cash advance via the builders app on the 06th Dec 2019 till date i still haven't received the money.when I call them they keep on transferring me to different department's and the staff has minimum knowledge of their work.im not very happy with their service.i ensure that i pay my account on time and it's never on arrears but when I should enjoy the benefits thereof it's impossible .I would never recommend Rcs to anyone .after this situation i will close off the accoun***** not working on my favour .bureaucratic
