DStv I want my refund
We subscribed to premium option, did the payment online via the DStv now app. R800 so and then R580 nearly R1400 paid to DStv. Account was not automatically upgraded to premium and we weren’t able to watch ANYTHING! Immediately got hold of dstv (got all the messages) to refund. It’s been nearly two months now. Last weekend Monday we got a email the refund was approved and will be paid Friday last week Monday this week lastest. Still nothing. Email the lady and now she says it needs to go to a second approval. You have money which doesn’t belong to you, you will come up and make money promises that aren’t kept. Biggest scam dstv. All they offer is empty promises and pathetic service!

DSTV no service
We upgraded our account 3 weeks ago, paid upgrade fee and next month fee. they never upgraded the account. we called, emailed, FB messaged NOTHING no one will assist on a refund. why should we pay for a service we never received? sent all proof of payment all correspondence and still no refund. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THEM

The product does NOT come from Benoni warehouse “as they state” they cheap Chinese imports and YOU CANNOT return the rubbish they send you, if you ever get it! Scammers and fake!

Fake Chinese shops
Fake website, fake people who reply to you. Chinese products, you don’t get your tracking number nor your refund. Everything on website is taken from internet all images are fake. They apparently trade with three names Benoni shop Fares****s Cloud Cape Town Do not buy from them!

Pet world cape gate pathetic
Absolutely pathetic service! I have a pup that is two months old looking for a collar that will fit the puppy but get refused entry to the shop! Petworld is a money making business and definitely not there for the customers! Don’t bother going there, rather go to small business where they care about customers

Never ever use discovery health! This will be the LAST time I will hear from you, the last time I will do your work for you and THE LAST TIME YOU WILL THREATEN ME! So I paid my premium for 4months, R4995.00 equals to R19980.00 You cancelled my medical aid with immediate effect so I never had medical aid. You deducted my claims that where made R13508.75 which leaves me with R6471.25 which you paid ME out. Now your claims department calls me telling me I owe discovery R13508.75 what would you like the amount twice? Is stealing part of how you work. Calling me threatening me to pay or lawyers will get hold of me is not going to work. I can do the math. If I hear from you again I will take you to the lawyers as I HAVE HAD ENOUGH of this now. If your employee cannot handle accounts start training them. You will have your people call me and apologize! This is the end now and I want NOTHING MORE TO DO WITH YOU EVER!

Telkom stealing!
We have had ENDLESS issues with pathetic Telkom. We did an online application for a cellphone contract and received the incorrect phone so we sent back via the couriers. Called Telkom 1000 times to sort this out, the lady acknowledged the phone was back with Telkom and they will credit the account (got reference numbers to the call) and again they charging us for a cellphone and a sim which we don’t have. Call them again now and they don’t know what to do! They are STEALING. Do not ever take anything from Telkom, you will have ENDLESS issues!

Discovery bad service
I have had ENDLESS issues with this medical aid. Now Im trying to sort out a issue NOT ONE of the consultants can help with and NO ONE not even the head of department returns your emails or calls. I’ve spoken to over 20 different people all with different answers and still NO WHERE! the last lady I spoke to yesterday morning, was calling me back at 10:00 nearly 24hrs later and still waiting. Cause no one has the answers. Does your system not have the client claims and details? Service is absolutely pathetic. If hello Peter doesn’t work will take discovery to the board of medical aid and you will deal with the Drs.
