Worst day ever at Capegate shopping centre.My girls and i went there to unwinde and get food and shop at Pick & Pay.My younger daughter went to go get a trolley just to put our 2 babies in as we where coming back to buy some things at Pick and pay she was then told and that moment that she can't take a trolley. My eldest daughter then went and was told the same thing. The manager at that moment told me and my daughter we not allowed to take a trolley we were supper ****ed and had some words with them,just to see the trolley gaurd give another lady a trolley.Very ****ed off we left without a trolley and not going back there.We then went to the food court to order food.I put one of the baboes on the table just to sit down and put her on my lap.As we sat down a cleaner approached us and told us"the baby can't sit on the table"with a bad attitude and i told her that im just putting her down so i can sit.She continued to tell me the same thing.When i look aroun there is another couple with their twins on the table and yet she said nothing.She took her spray bottel spryed the table and brought the security to me.Min you there are no sighn telling you not to put your kid there and are they not suppose to clean the table if people leave? I will never go back there again .They spoiled my and my kids day completely.

I had the worst service at MacDonalds this evening. My daughter and I had gone too the store to place a order while at the online kiosk we could not find the Big Mac on the menu we then went to the till point to place the order when we got there, there was a young lady in front of us so we waited for her to place her order, once it was our turn to order the cashier left her post and went to the back in the kitchen a few minutes past and another lady came to us to take our order she then informed us they did not have any Big Mac’s “ we must go order from the kiosk” I then asked why I have to go to the kiosk to order when the lady before did not have to go? The answer was “she order chilli fries and it’s not on the kiosk” I accepted that and my daughter and I proceeded to place our order on the kiosk. We then waited in the store for our order. Only to keep checking the screens that said when your meal is being prepared and when you can collect. We never saw our number on that screen which was order#3455. After about 25-30min I told my daughter to go to the counter and ask if her order is ready yet. The lady behind the counter made her stand there for almost 5mins while she was trying to get her attention and in that time she stood alone there with no one around her eventually the lady assisted her only to tell her absolutely nothing!!! She came back to sit by me at one of the tables and I asked her what the lady said, she said the lady just took my receipt looked at it gave it back too her saying something along the lines of burger. I then also moved closer to the collection counter I then saw my desert and the cool drink standing on the counter but no food or order number being called. I then saw two more customers come in to the store and both (bravo females) of them were help at the till point by the cashier that told me I must order at the kiosk. They then proceeded to help and give the lady’s order to her. I then proceeded to ask why they helped the two lady’s at the till point and I was told to go to the kiosk, they realised then who I was and they literally just laughed at me gave no explanation and turn their backs to my daughter and I. They then also gave my desert to another customer while I was standing there so they said it melted but I was at the counter the entire time and saw that nothing was wrong with the deserts so they felt it to be ok to still lie in my face poor poor service really disgusting!!! I really hope you as a management structure by this I mean branch as well as regional take some time to have a look at the video footage of this evening I entered the store at 19h35 place my order at approximately 19h45 only to leave the store 20h23. In closing I’m not the person to pull the race card right, but I really feel that is what it was as I am a Charlie male and only bravo males and females got these “privileges”. I hope this matter can be resolved soonest maybe some refresher training is needed.

Terrible terrible service by Vodacom 4U Cape Gate Shopping Centre, I am still waiting for a black Friday deal delivery. Its been 4 months paying for a device that is not delivered yet. Pathetic service, they don't even bother to respond to my emails. No one cares.

This is the worse car wash ever. Don't waste your time. I took my car for a wash and payed about R500 for the leather treatment etc. Got my car back and they smashed the bumber. Took no responsibility. It's almost 2 months later now and still back and forth with them. They never get back to you,... So now it will cost me R34000 to get my car fixed. Don't waste your money with this place.

I had horrible service from Contempo clothing store as well as Cape Gate shopping center management after my purchase was duplicated on my gift card. After weeks of struggling to get the duplication reversed I still don't have the duplicated amount back on my card. They are constantly passing the buck and nobody wants to take responsibility to sort this out. This gift card was a retirement gift from my colleagues and the whole shopping experience was spoiled for me

1) Friendly 2) Helpful and kind to wheelchair bound people 3) Excellent food 4) Excellent Service 5)They are a bit pricey but if u need to spoil yourself and your loved ones, that's the place to go 6) I went to a Restaurant once after 6 yrs when I became bedridden, my son said " Mom you have to taste their food " I went and it was great , it was my first and only time in 6 yrs that I didn't just go to hospital and back home , Eating at Roccomamas was great , I will always remember the waitress kindness. Roccomamas & Cape Gate Mall are the places to visit Thank you Roccomamas CapeGate Mall It's a senior and Disability person friendly place , though it's a hangout for the younger generation.

It was my son’s 2 year birthday and we decided to go to Spur at Cape Gate shopping centre. So we decided to park at the paid parking facilities just below the cinema so that we can take the lift to the mezzanine and use it to get back to the car again. So after our meal and very pleasant experience at the restaurant I needed to pay my parking ticket( not free parking), all three of the parking pay stations out of order, so I pressed the help button to find out how they can assist me. This guy told me to go to another entrance and go pay there. And to top it off he tells me I can take a walk it is not far…. So back and forth between the two of us and I asked for the centre manager as I am not walking to who knows where and then need to run back so that my ticket doesn't expire by the time I get to the booms. As soon as I asked for the manager the person on the other side dropped the call and I called back a few times and they refused to pick up. That was absolutely unprofessional and utterly disappointing from the cape gate staff. Yes it might just be that one person, but it reflects upon the rest of the staff…. I left Cape Gate with a very sour taste in my mouth on a day which should've been just smiles with my baby’s birthday

Good Day I went to Mr Price in Cape Gate in September and the cashier wasn't friendly.Cant remember her name but she was in a hurry wanted me to leave due to the store closing soon.Not even a thank you enjoy your day Mam.I was very disappointed but still visit the store but won't allow her to assist me ever again.
