Don't use Buffalo logistics a company that in my experience doesn't care about the little man, the single consumer
They have some professional customer care agents but ultimately I would give no star ,since due to online purchases bought on sale not being delivered and import taxes that I paid resulted in multiple financial losses for me. I will have to consult a legal representative to see if I can recoup my losses from this company. Lucky 4 me ,I have friend and family in the legal field ,and one specifically in consumer law ,will give an update soon after, just have to have a small operation done and then it will be me the consumer and this local and international based company. If it was me ,I would advise people to stick with our traditional companies that goes the extra miles. NOT BUFFALO u can lose money since they don't care about the concerns of 1 single consumer. In fact they didn't even bother to acknowledge receipt of most of our emails. My recommendation is - a Company like Buffalo logistics that blows off issues of concern of one consumer should not be dealt with at all ,no matter how cost effective their services might be.

This is the most committed company and group of people who do their best to help and meet the needs of Disabled children and adults. Their kids wheelchair range are designed specifically to accommodate the physical health and developmentmental needs of children of all ages. For me, they are building a wheelchair to accommodate my Multi Spinal disease complications result in constant nerve and back pain. I'm bedridden & they are trying to build a wheelchair to make me more comfortable and cushion the wheelchair to ensure maximum comfort . In 7 years, I went 2 eat out once , and my life is hospital and bed , Shonaquip staff has such big hearts and their commitment to the plight of people like me ,who wants a life not just exist is heartfelt ❤️ I couldn't believe such a group of people ,like those @ Shonaquip exists They see our suffering and try their best to provide us with the best products possible. When I looked at their website and saw the creative solutions of wheelchairs for children , I felt like crying , U can see that Shonaquip cares. I recommend that every person who needs to buy a wheelchair for a loved one , adult, or child Contact Shonaquip the are the Only choice if u want quality , caring service and products. They go the Extra miles for their clients Everyone @ Shonaquip, Thank you. Roccomamas CapeGate Mall truly Rocks ,Go ,Go,Go Visit
1) Friendly 2) Helpful and kind to wheelchair bound people 3) Excellent food 4) Excellent Service 5)They are a bit pricey but if u need to spoil yourself and your loved ones, that's the place to go 6) I went to a Restaurant once after 6 yrs when I became bedridden, my son said " Mom you have to taste their food " I went and it was great , it was my first and only time in 6 yrs that I didn't just go to hospital and back home , Eating at Roccomamas was great , I will always remember the waitress kindness. Roccomamas & Cape Gate Mall are the places to visit Thank you Roccomamas CapeGate Mall It's a senior and Disability person friendly place , though it's a hangout for the younger generation.

Excellent customercare
I'm giving 5 Stars to the customer care call centre agent named Michelle, she was friendly ,efficient, informative and patient unlike her Domestic dept counterpart who was detailed and correct but sounded bored/ sulky Michelle was such a pleasure to deal with ,I would use their company if the apply the " Michelle service Standard " to all their customer care staff
