Terrible terrible service by Vodacom 4U Cape Gate Shopping Centre, I am still waiting for a black Friday deal delivery. Its been 4 months paying for a device that is not delivered yet. Pathetic service, they don't even bother to respond to my emails. No one cares.
I visited one of so called Big Store last week Edgar's Cape Gate to pay my account. A lady who was helpful made a mistake instead of making a payment of r500 she processed r5000. This happened last week Thursday, now I have to go to the store every 2nd day to ask for an update. Remember we all need cash this time of the month and I can't move because of them. EDGARS SERVICE IS PATHETIC, inconveniencing me. They mail/sms you now and then once you miss the payment.
Cell C is really destroying my life, running behind from work, cant submit my reports because the data is finished. Im paying 600 for 200Gigs but look below what im getting, only 434Megs im sick and tired of this useless company.
Very poor service from Cell C after signing 5 contracts with. I received a call from Thuthukani Mabizela on the 20 August about my contracts that are due. We agreed to upgrade 100G to 200 and hold on with the phone upgrade. Comes monthend of August instead of getting 10G from one of the contracts i only recieved 500M. I called in asking whats going on and they said my number has been migrated by Thuthukani. Bear in mind this contract is for my brother for his studies/research. Now i have to buy additional data for changes i dont know. Went to the store and they are useless. Ive been trying the call center since monthend, spoke to Zama, Sthembile, Nobuhle, Store manager in Cape Town Cape Gate they all couldn't help. Sent the mails to their back office no luck. It is DISAPPOINTING.
After paying insurance for more than 18 months cell c insurance is playing hide and sick to repair my device. It was booked in 3 weeks back and whenever I called in for its status they tell me to call the following day. That's ridiculousness, now they asking a silly question "statement to see how much do I pay" after 18 months, really? They promised 21 days for repairs, it's almost that time but still never touch my device. PATHETHIC SERVICE.
A very poor service by fnb, I ve been calling in since the 15 Dec 2018. I settled my loan on the 13 Dec 2018 just after the settlement amount they deducted their installment. Bear in mind according to the agreement they were supposed to deduct that installment on the monthend that is 31 Dec. I called them on the 15 Dec and they promise to return the funds in 4 days. Called in yesterday and they escalated the issue, called in this morning same story. I AM FED UP WITH fnb company. Iost all my trust. At this time of the year playing hide en sick with my moola.
