I have been reached the end of my contract with MTN yet they keep billing me. I have tried to contact the numerous time with no success. When I get through to their customer care Centre, they put me on hold for almost an hour with no response. This has happened soooo many times. I honestly don't understand what is going on and this is extremely frustrating.
