If there was a lower rating that 1 star i would use it. We are a small company and our website and emails have been offline for 6 DAYS!!!!! No email, no website!!! They don't answer their phones and I call a million times. They have a generic message on their page that basically says NOTHING! Just that they are busy sorting it out. When clients email they get a response saying that either the emails are off OR WE DON'T EXIST ANYMORE?????
<p>I made the mistake of thinking that a because you know a 2nd hand car sales person, you would get a better deal & at least aftersales service for the faulty car you bought! Derby Cars has no intergrity!! I've emailed the MD, Lyndon 7 times in connection with faults on the Polo they sold me & still all I get is the run-a-round. Its always month end or something else. Even when my car has been back to them on 5 different breakdowns, the "minor issues" that I insist they fix (THE FAULTY SEATBELTS) etc are just ignored. Ive heard every promise in the book & now I have had enough. As soon as they received their money, the sales rep JP refused our calls. Ive had NOTHING but problems from the 1st day when their machanic tried to convince my husband that oil in the water was "normal" & that it would go away by itself. Turned out to be a crack in the block. When we tried to cancel we were told there will be a hefty penalty or we can have the car fixed & get a 6 month warranty. Now i see why! So i can beg & plead for months without anybng at my car!!Every mail is the same, we will make a plan soon. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!</p>
