I have been trying to get hold of an agent for days to find out what happened to my parcel. No0 feed back nothing. I will not buy items from any company that use INTERNET EXPRESS as a courier service.
I recently had pre pre-paid meter installed at my house. The technicians installed the meter just under the ceiling. I am a pensioner and both myself and my wife are on crutches. I need this to be sorted out ASAP. If one of us falls whilst inputting our token numbers I can assure you that they will face a law suite.
This morning I noticed that Netflix debited my account. I tried phoning the capitec helpline no reply. I then went onto their WhatsApp app to report the matter and received a message that i will be transferred to an agent. 2 hours later nothing.
In December I applied for a DSL line through Afrihost. To date Openserve have not activated my line. Afrihost send me proof that they have submitted the request. I mailed and tried phoning Open Serve but haven't received a reply as of yet. Once again half government entity so they dont care.
If you're looking for an Internet provider, DO NOT CHOOSE AXXESS!!!! This company honestly has no regard for its clients whatsoever.... have 2 30x30 gig connections. every second day I get an sms I have used all my data. but when I go onto their web site it shows I have plenty of data, Their consultants must only have grade two to quilify for a job because nothing gets sorted out
