Bought helmet and numerous other items over R10 000 in total. Helmet worn once and found it to be slightly to big. Took it back to request exchange and was told that I have worn it and cannot be done. I understand the hygiene aspect of the product however wearing it once (for max 20 minutes) will surely not cause any issues. I did not want a refund and am prepared to pay in for another helmet if need be. Always buy from this retailer as they are the best in range and service but this dented my positive feeling about them.
