Dissapointed and felt let down. Went to this lodge for my birthday and found two rude managers Ian and Phill. The tone we were addressed with was rude. Having to have travelled all the way from Pta we didnt have a car of our own and got there before check in tym and we had no problem waiting but we were told we could get a refund If we had issues with the lodges policies and throughout our visit the reception was very cold and rude. We waited outside for a good 30 min without knowing what to do after a great commotion of being welcomed by being reprimanded like kids . We were stranded cause our transport was only coming on Monday and had to choice.
<p>I made a claim with my insurance for a windscreen which broken . Waited 3 days for the windscreen to be fixed, I got to the store and they have ordered the wrong windscreen. I was told it's my fault as they ordered using my Vin number. I feel insurance companies fail us by referring us to such incompetent companies. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
