DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PERSON!!! You will never see your money ever again. There are over 60 people waiting for their items to be delivered that was promised to be delivered in early December 2017! The owner and staff are masters at bullsh*tting people, do not believe their lies! The owner sits in his room all day trading cryptocurrencies with customers money and drives around in a brand new Porsche! You have been warned. Avoid http://www.crypto.tagoc.co.za/

Bought two Giga200 sim cards at the Cell C store in Green Acres mall, the staff happily sold me both cards. After setting up both sims (one in dual sim phone and the other in a pocket router) the speedtest.net results were sub par.

After talking to Shilton (big thumbs up to him) at the main Cell C shop in Cape Road, he told me they sales person at the other branch was supposed to ask me in what area the Giga200 sims would be used. Turns out that the one sim card is useless as the tower in Uitenhage is apparently over saturated. The 2nd sim works in Port Elizabeth but the speeds are lousy. Less than 1mbps most of the time, spikes to 1.5mbps at times. Are you guys planning on improving the speeds in Port Elizabeth anytime soon?

I would like to know, can one get a refund on the one sim card that is totally unusable?

Bought over R10 000 worth of batteries from them. Asked specifically for batteries suitable for an off-grid solar system and was sold batteries more suited for a backup system (UPS).

Talked to the owner one week later (after a friend told me to asked them about the battery type) and he just shrugged his shoulders and said sorry, the batteries are second hand now and there is nothing we can do for you.

I have to admit, I should've done the research myself before buying the batteries but I trusted the advice given to me by the sales team.

After weeks trying to exchange an item, they sent me an item without its packaging, just . Clear signs of it being a used part as well. Umbani claims they don't sell 2nd hand items. Dealt with them via Bid or Buy.
