Executive Recruitment Network is a SCAM
Executive Recruitment Network sent me an email for an offer for a role in condition I pay a fee for clearance checks. Email was sent from a Gmail account not even addressed to me. Please be vigilant and do not pay any fees for jobs.

Fraudulent
We paid Umbani Solar R30,000.00 on the 05/03/2020 to service my client. Client mentioned this was very urgent, still today no service has been rendered and i'm struggling to get my refund from them to make matters worse i lost the relationship with my client. Fraudulent

Does not honor warranty or try to deliver
I have been waiting for 6 weeks for Isaac to test and swap out batteries that failed in the warranty period. Isaac repeatedly promises to test the batteries or phone me back in a day, but never does. Ignores my calls, except to tell me he cannot speak to me now, and he will call me back.

Shocking Service
I purchased a Solar Geyser on 7 August 2019, paid for it as well as the extra courier fees I was asked to pay. Too date now 02 October 2019 still waiting for the Waybill. Isaac the CEO of the company promised me the waybill by 27 September 2019, nothing. I had to phone me as he could not bother phoning me. He also sent me a Waybill 4 weeks ago but guess what, it was invalid. When queried no apology was given. So this is a warning to all out there beware of this Company as they don't honor their promises. I was promised that I would get the Waybill today 02 October 2019. Waiting for this to happen but I am not holding my breath.

Stay away, lost over 14K
Just stay away. in case in doubt, just stay away. Uses the same excuse (waiting for supplier, or supplier delivered the wrong product, or suppler waiting for product) multiple times still waiting

Awful, awful company! Stay well away. I paid in full for goods that they confirmed twice they would dispatch immediately. They strung me along for 3 weeks with all sorts of stories, and now 7 weeks later they have refused to refund the money. Have taken the matter to small claims court and police. Do not consider dealing with this business!

Backup batteries
PayDay Software systems is extremely happy with the service received in the replacement of backup batteries, Isaac is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, there service is prompt and very proffessional.

Excellent Service
I needed replacement solar tubes for my solar geyser. I measured the tubes and emailed an enquiry to Umbani Solar. Isaac phoned me back and quoted me. I accepted the quote, paid over the payment and then sat back and waited for delivery. Isaac arrived a few days later, with the tubes. It turned out I measured incorrectly and the tubes wouldn't work for my geyser. Isaac took a sample back with him and sourced me the correct tubes. He then delivered them to me and left a very happy, loyal customer behind. Not only was Isaac one of the only solar companies who actually provide replacement parts (most of them sell and install but refuses to service their customers) but he also kept me updated throughout the process. Thank you Isaac!
