Bad service
Ordered an item online, was shipped very slowly, and they didn't reply to emails. The item that arrived was different to what I ordered, and when I queried this, I never received a response. Definitely won't buy from them again

Awful service
Ordered a large under counter fridge for my business. Estimated delivery was 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, they delivered a gazebo which my staff signed for. When I contacted takealot, they said the fridge is not in stock any more. Why they didn't mention that in the 2 weeks, I don't know. They have promised to refund me once the incorrect item has been collected, but after a week, I have still not heard anything, and the gazebo is still taking up space in our shop. And the fridge is back on their website, but at a higher price. This is the second time they have done this to me, claiming not to have stock, but meanwhile they just have incorrect pricing on their site.

Fraudsters
Awful, awful company! Stay well away. I paid in full for goods that they confirmed twice they would dispatch immediately. They strung me along for 3 weeks with all sorts of stories, and now 7 weeks later they have refused to refund the money. Have taken the matter to small claims court and police. Do not consider dealing with this business!
