HI Venterstad Bowling Club 62838417097 We have tried since the 23rd January 2023 to get the signatories of the Venterstad Bowling Club changed: A Mr James Matlou had promised to get to us but too date nothing. Shocking Service. I sent a reminder e-mail on the 26/1/2023 and again on the 06/2/2023. But too date not even an e-mail. So yes FNB staff promise to assist but that is where it ends. No respect for clients at all. Shocking service.
This is now the 4th time I am reporting the company: Everytime I write a report there is a comment that they will get back to me but they never do. I purchased batteries in September for loadshedding and 1 battrey has already gone dead. I have sent e-mail after e-mails and I just dont get a reply answer nothing. This is shocking service. Never again will I support this company again and I will make sure that none of my friends etc will support then either. Just shocking service. I suppose they are waiting for the guarantee to expire before they answer.
Hi I have been trying to get the Company to come back to me regarding batteries which are 4 months old and not keeping their charge since end November 2022. This is now the 3rd time I have placed this on this media promises to get back to me never happen. Promises to phone contact me never happens. This Company feels nothing for their clients. Promises, promises but nothing. I have proof of all the e-mails sent but this company just ignores e-mail etc. I will never support this company again. Or the Company is now waiting for the Guarantee to expire. Next step from here is the Consumer Protection Board
I am still waiting for them to come back to me as all my e-mails have been ignored. Promise to get back to me but never do: I have been trying to get somebody to contact me since late November 2022 and yes very frustrating that the Company just ignores you. How many e-mails must I send before I get a response. I can do this daily until I get an answer.
I have sent a report on the Company they responded 3 January 2023 but to date no contact has been made with the Company to resolve my problem. I have sent e-mails from the 19th December 2022, informing them that batteries purchased in September 2022 one of the batteries is not holding it's charge and it is faulty: To date I have not received a reply from anybody. So yes thay take your money send you the goods but after sales service is NOTHING.

Vodacom oh Vodacom You send e-mails to customer care and you get e reference number but nobody comes back to you al all: 002DBaHG0DW1YAAV 002DDaHGH4F6XEV7 002DDaHH0QARTFN3 25 August 2022 0662876822 Data number: It's very frustrating when one pays for a service but the service provider cannot provide a service. As from Yesterday 24 August 2022 from around 04H00 until today 25 August 2022 @ about 13h00 finally Vodacom can provide a service. I had to go the Venterstad yesterday 50 km away from Bethulie to do on line banking and sort out a few things as Vodacom was not available in Bethulie. Is this fair NO. I pay for a service but Vodacom ignores me as a client.
I have being struggling with Vodacom since 26 March 2022. I have sent e-mails weekly and I had a response from Vodacom end April 2022. I was told by Vodacom that a technician will phone me back regarding their poor service here at the Bottom of the Free State. Well this person has never phoned me so hence the report. Vodacom is losing it's way with it's clients. Yes they take our hard earned funds but don't deliver as promised. Why do I have to battle since 26 March 2022 to get assistance which is not forthcoming.
I sent am e-mail to Vodacom complaints department on 26 March 2022. To date I have had no response reply nothing. I have sent follow up e-mails weekly and still no response. So my question is does Vodacom care about it's clients or do they just want our money and forget about client service. I am very disappointed and frustrated with Vodacom but who else can we turn to. I have a contract which is coming up for renewal so querstion is stay with Vodacom or go to somebody else who cares. But most important is customer service helpfulness and assistance must be priority which Vodacom is not providing at all.
