Nedbank has pathetic service when is comes to assistance at their call center, my online account is locked and i have called 5 times and they keep dropping the line. why cant i reset my password online instead of calling these agents that keep dropping the line, i'm will be moving my bank account every time in the coming month and my funeral policy
Good Day I want to express my huge disgust on how I was or treated by Momentum Multiply. I have a Multiplier Visa Card that I pay every month without fail, I provided them with my fica documents and I was using the card just fine, until about a week ago when I wanted to purchase medication at a Pharmacy, the card declined for the first time and i tried it again as I was sick and needed medication but the card declined. I soon had to pay cash which was not on the budget as I had funds in my Multiplier Visa Card. The next day I card the Multiplier Visa Card department and to my huge shock my card had been blocked or they have put a hold on the card without my knowledge. No one called, texted or email me to tell me about this, when i spoke to the agent she told me that the QA department put a fica hold on my card and they have sent the courier to pick up my document but I asked how will they pick up the documents if i have no knowledge that they will come and get the document, i sent/forwarded the same document that i initially sent to them and Monday 18-06-2018 and i have not heard anything from them. I am furious that they treat me like this and they did not bother even after i called . Fustrated Sizwe Ngcece
<p>ON THE 17-12-16 I BOUGHT 24 440ML CANS(IN DURBAN) AND 3/4 OF THE CANS WHEN I TRIED TO OPEN BROKE AT THE TOP, THE OPENERS JUST BROKE OFF, I TOOK PICTURES OF THE CANS THAT BROKE AND I SENT INFORMATION TO CASTLE LITE SA FACEBOOK PAGE,18-12-16 I SENT THIS COMPLAINT and I GOT A RESPONSE 20-12-16 TO PROVIDE CONTACT DETAILS. I GOT A CALL 21- 12-16 ASKING ME IF I HAVE THE CANS WITH ME I AM NOW BACK IN JOHANNESBURG AS I WAS IN DURBAN FOR THE WEEKEND AND THERE IS NO INDICATION THAT I MUST KEEP THE CANS WHEN SUBMITTING A COMPLAINT. WHY WOULD I TRAVEL ****M WITH CANS THE I CAN NOT OPEN. </p>
