My husband and I have been clients of this company for four years. We engaged their services as landlords because we were unable to manage the property ourselves. One of the key services they offer is ensuring that when tenants move out, they cover the costs of any damages to the property. When our previous tenant moved out, they assured us that everything was in order the place was in the same condition we left it . We trusted them since we paid them every month and handed over the entire month's income from our property annually. However, when the tenant didn't pay for the last month, we inquired about our missing funds, and they simply informed us that the tenant had refused to make the payment. During this period, they also introduced new tenants, and the agent who had worked with us passed away. We were assigned a new agent. When the second tenant moved out, the property was damaged. We asked if the tenant's deposit would be used to cover the damages, but their response was negative, as the lady refused to pay for the damages. When we questioned the company about this situation, they stated that the dames was made by the prevois tenant and they couldn't take responsibility for the damages incurred when the previous agent was in charge. This explanation didn't make sense to us, as the previous agent had also been working for the company. We strongly advise against using this company, as they take your money without providing the expected services.
<p>I am very dissipointed in telkoms/Finrite's services!<br />I went to the Parow store to to take out a contract and everything<br /> went well, two days later I went back for insurance as I was told by the telkom worker<br /> that I have 7days to add insurance, two months after my phone was stolen I wanted to<br /> make a claim only to find out that finrite says that I have no insurance but on my<br /> telkom account I have been debited for 4 months already for insurance, I then <br />logged a complaint and I was told in store that the insurance was cancelled without <br />my permission and that I cant claim because my insurance was added a month after <br />and not within the 7 days. The person that did the order for the insurance should be <br />held liable and not me as a customer. I was told that Im going to get my<br /> money back for the insurance that I have been paying for this few months but I dont<br /> want it back I want a new phone because it is within my right <br />I have all the proof that I send the request for the insurance two days after<br /> my contract was activated. Its been months and there is still no solution and that<br /> is also the reason why I'm cancelling all my services with telkom because I<br />dont get the service that is owed to me. And due to this I have no phone for months.<br /> I have spoken to the manager at the store and the regional manager but nothing is<br /> happening.</p> <p> </p>
<p>It has been 5 months since I laid a claim still. They waiting for the underwritters has been their answer to all their questions. I think this company is a money making scam. </p> <p> </p> <p>I just want to claim my new phone how long is this still going to take</p>

In the first week they asked a lot of document which made me think that they working on my case. Since then I have been calling and mailing, asking why I don’t hear from them. Their answer for two months , almost going on to three months, is they waiting for the underwriters.</p> <p>I’m a client who does payments promptly but when it comes to Finrite needing to deliver a service they will make you wait forever. I have spoken to a few people that have insurance with Finrite and I’m definitely not the first person to who this has happened.</p>
