Ordered and paid for furniture. Excuses and lies from him for not delivering. Unfortunately i only saw all the reviews on hellopeter about this guy afterwords. He also traded under various companies and names. Said he'll refund me but nothing
I've applied online for a new account. After new feedback I've called the new account department, and they advised me to go to my nearest branch. I went to my nearest branch only to tell me I have to wait, the system is only showing pending and they can't tell me what the holdup is and I must phone new accounts again. Phoning new against again to tell me they can't give my any details over the phone(Even if I can confirm all my details - ridiculous) I must go back to my nearest branch. Nobody can tell me what the holdup is, been phoning and running up and down, and I must just wait, so basically it can take months, years just to open an account until somebody might phone me one day to tell me what they still need from me or why is it "Pending" If the service is like this in the beginning then I don't want to know how they deal with queries!!!!! FURIOUS

The latest......</p> <p> </p> <p>My debit order was returned one month, I've noticed the returned debit order and that very same day I've transfered the debit order amount into Glocell's account and email them. I've even received a mail back to say thank you and that they have received my payment confirmation. </p> <p> </p> <p>By the end of the next month all of a sudden my transfer was nowhere to be found, and they deducted a double debit order. I've been emailing and phoning about 100 times, every time it's a different story, new ticket nr, new person, explaining my story over and over again.</p> <p> </p> <p>No hope of getting my refund back of a mistake they made by double debiting my account. The accounts department apparently can't do recons as per the contact centre......</p> <p> </p> <p>CAN'T WAIT FOR MY CONTRACT TO EXPIRE, WILL NEVER EVER IN A MILLION YEARS SIGN UP WITH GLOCELL AGAIN</p> <p> </p> <p>Useless </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
<p>This is the 3rd review to get final answers on the promised MCS Cruise</p> <p> </p> <p>Don't know what else to do, neither Glocell or TLC pick up the phones, answers on email is just sorry for the inconvenience we'll get back to you(But they never do)</p> <p> </p> <p>On my previous review I received new dates to choose from to go on this promised cruise, but after that nothing again.</p> <p> </p> <p>TLC you are pathetic, i went on your web and you sell yourself as this wonderfull company, but just look at all the bad reviews on Hello Peter, and this is just on the Glocell promotion. How many other companies to you pull in with these scams?????</p> <p> </p> <p>What is happening, alot of people are waiting for the promised cruise</p> <p> </p>
<p>Once again this title.</p> <p> </p> <p>Received feedback with new "CRUISE" dates to choose from just to keep me quite and after that nothing. Don't pick up phones, this is never going to end. I'm am not leaving this. Even send a complaint to Carte Blanch as the rest of you should so that the whole of SA see the scams going around</p>
