I have bought a range of items from Shein multiple times a year for about 3 years for myself and other people. I have sucessfully returned products for refunds three times. I chose to have the refunds passed as credits on my Shein account. I have never had any problems with their couriers.. Shein also offers to include the import duty charge in the first payment so that there isn't a delay in delivery.
Excellent. Truecsller eliminates the need to answer 99% of incoming calls, as it identifies almost all of the spam and robot calls that come through to my number every day. I am on the Basic option and do not pay for the service at all. Companies don't like it because they are prevented from harassing people, but I love it.
What a useless company! I have been receiving emails and sms messages from it for months, advising me that I am in arrears with installments on my funeral policy. According to my bank records, the debit order has gone off on my accountvevery month. I have emailed Hollard REPEATEDLY asking which months are in arrears. Absolutely nil response that details the exact months. Today's response states: "Thank you for contacting Hollard insurance regarding your policy. Please understand that the policy is arrears of R -299.17 Please contact our call centre for arrangements." I have tried to phone before. Either the call is unanswered or I am cut off when I get through to a human.

Burger King Edenglen: The burger patty is literally 5mm thick and much smaller in diameter than the bun. The photo is extremely misleading. Doesn't look like meat. Taste is not meaty.
The ads don'r really focus on the furniture, and the furniture shown is very average. One of the ads shown during the 2024 Tour de France has been clipped so poory that it doesn't even make sense (woman walks in and sits down next to man).
I recently bought a Huawei wifi router that is supposed to have a 6-hour battery life, but it doesn't. It's done in 4 hours. The setup instructions inside the box are also incorrect - the IP adddress doesn't work. Luckily, a friend knew how to work around this. (Her solution isn't even on Google as a solution.) I informed Huawei via X. Their response? Speak to Vodacom because that's where it was bought from. How is Vodacom supposed to fix what are clearly their errors? I will NEVER purchase or recommend Huawei to anyone else.
