<p>We bought an PerfectAire unit and had a problem with the bowl. We have mailed PerfectAire and explained the problem to them. Within 2 days we got a mail back from Leigh-Anne Kane to inform me that they will replace my bowl for the unit.. Its not about to replace the bowl, but the way that Leigh-Anne handled the complaint and the excellent service that she has provided to me by keeping me updated. You always hear about bad things, but i can tell you with such great service from her side, I had to share it with the world. Something small it was, but service from her side is greatly appreciated from our side. Thank you Leigh- Anne Kane</p>
<p>The day of opening the investment account i was informed to deposit an R1000.00. On the 26th Oct 2016 i deposited the money into there account. since then i received 10 emails to request to send proof of payment through. I have done it 4 times already. Yesterday i phoned them again and i was asked told to send it through. i did it again, got a mail back the same day to acknoledge that they have received my mail. Today i got another mail to ask if i could send them proff of ayment, i rang them up this morning and wanted to speak to a manager or superior and i was told there is no one to speak to. Maybe they have gone to shop at Black Friday anf thats. All they can ask you is your email address. Why would i need to invest or you invest with someone that cant even pick up your payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>Imagine what will happen with your money when you invest with them . They have no clue whats happening. Asked them for a refund sheet so that i can rather spend my R1000 with black Friday and get some value out as well. Still waiting for the refund form. Who knows when i shall get my refund beck if they take so long to find my proof of payment.</p>
