These days everyone complains about customer service, I myself feel it is something that died along with the last Dodo bird family.... but this is not the case with Perfect Aire. The best ever service and communication received from Nikki, not only once, but numerous times make buying from them an absolute pleasure!! I simply cannot find the correct words to describe the gratitude I have for such exquisite service from Nikki! Thanks! I love your products and of course my favorite scent... Silver Moon 🌙

What awesome service. I placed my order late on Tuesday afternoon and my order was delivered to my door by Thursday morning. I have always bought from their shop in Johannesburg while I am visiting but this time decided to order online and what great service. Well done and thank you. Their air purifiers and various fragrances are really awesome.

Some time ago, I was dissatisfied with a product from PerfectAire and all the people I contacted were quite unhelpful. However, I got in touch with Marcelle from PerfectAire who explained to me how to make the most of their products. She was SO friendly, SO helpful, SO personable and extremely professional. We've been communicating for close on a year now with me asking questions and yesterday ordering concentrate and a replacement bowl. Her response to emails is lightning fast and thorough. It's an absolute pleasure to do business with her.

<p>We bought an PerfectAire unit and had a problem with the bowl. We have mailed PerfectAire and explained the problem to them. Within 2 days we got a mail back from Leigh-Anne Kane to inform me that they will replace my bowl for the unit.. Its not about to replace the bowl, but the way that Leigh-Anne handled the complaint and the excellent service that she has provided to me by keeping me updated. You always hear about bad things, but i can tell you with such great service from her side, I had to share it with the world. Something small it was, but service from her side is greatly appreciated from our side. Thank you Leigh- Anne Kane</p>
