Makro Online Service Ordering Excellence!
I have repeatedly now ordered with Makro online and have been totally impressed with their fast and efficient service. There is no need for me to go to Makro, as the online service is quick, reliable and professional. If you order early, as long as what you are ordering is not from a third-party supplier, your order most times will be delivered the same day where they can. I ordered yesterday at 17h30 and my order was delivered by 08h30 this morning. Awesome service!

RESTAURANT DISAPPOINTING SERVICE AND NO VALUE FOR MONEY
We held our yearly club lunch at this establishment and were sadly disappointed. We were advised that without paying the deposit they wouldn't confirm our booking and because of this our Treasurer repeatedly asked for a invoice before the event in order to make the necessary payment and this was never sent. On the day when our guests started arriving, they refused to seat them and advised this was because the payment was not made. When our Treasurer arrived he made the payment and they allowed us to be seated. There was 3 different prices given for the buffet which made it really confusing as clearly the staff don't even know what to charge. Furthermore, they said we had to pay additional as the buffet included seafood, which on the day was only steamed fish and mussels. Very disappointing. The variety of food on the buffet and the flavour and taste was basic and did not stand out in any way. Service was not great and when we asked for butter for the rolls from the buffet staff, we were advised that there was not any, but on asking our waiter we were able to get butter. Just not value for money and sadly the service is disappointing. We spoke to the manager on the day who said he would look into our complaints and get back to us.

CIB Partners Good Service and Dewalt Great Product
Purchased the Dewalt Cordless Fan with batteries and charger from CIB Partners for work and home use. Great service and product is exactly what was advertised. With loadshedding this product is a lifesaver. Great product and great service.

Northern Bolt & Tool Online Ordering Service is Fantastic
I ordered an Ingco Cordless Fan with Charger and Batteries and apart from getting it at a good deal on their Black Friday specials, I ordered it yesterday afternoon and it arrived a short while ago. Noticing of late that many companies are going out of their way to get purchases that are done online, delivered within 24 hours, which is amazing. The product is really great and exactly what I am needing for work and home, especially with loadshedding. Well done Northern Bolt & Tool for outstanding service.

Bad Service from Ridge & Associate Insurance Brokers
Had a third-party claim against the insured of Old Mutual Insure Insurance Company which involved Quest Claims Solutions on behalf of the insurance company and Ridge & Associates Insurance Brokers on behalf of the insured. What a joke. Constantly trying to get me to accept less than what was due and bullying me into signing and accepting their terms and conditions, which were not in my favour and *********. Dragged the process out forcing me to take their insured to court and then paid on the order of the court in my favour. Waste of time, effort and money and could have been handled more professionally and promptly. Bad service from all these companies. Will make sure that I never utilise the services of these companies in the future.

Great Service from PerfectAire SA
What awesome service. I placed my order late on Tuesday afternoon and my order was delivered to my door by Thursday morning. I have always bought from their shop in Johannesburg while I am visiting but this time decided to order online and what great service. Well done and thank you. Their air purifiers and various fragrances are really awesome.

Unexpected Worx - Awesome Wall Art
I ordered a Tree Of Life Wall Art (through Takealot) from Unexpected Worx. The product is out of this world and is much bigger and awesome quality. Stands out on my wall and better than the advert images gives it credit. Unexpected Worx include in the packaging a drilling template and quick and easy instructions on how to install the wall art. Quick and easy even for inexperienced people with a drill and mounting items. Overall an amazing product and will keep a look out for othe items from this supplier.
