Harassment non stop calls
This message serves as a formal demand that you immediately cease all marketing and promotional phone calls to my number. I have repeatedly blocked your numbers, yet your company continues to contact me using different numbers. This behavior is unacceptable and constitutes harassment. You do not have my consent to contact me for marketing purposes. Effective immediately, remove my contact details from all your marketing databases, call lists, and any third-party lists you may be using. If these calls do not stop, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter by filing formal complaints with the relevant regulatory authorities and taking any further action available to me. Confirm in writing that my details have been permanently removed from your systems. Do not contact me again. Sincerely,

Vumatel incompetence
Horrific experience! Since 22 Feb I have been experiencing connectivity issues. Their maintenance team came out twice and blamed my ISP however I have many screenshots from them showing its a Vumatel issue. Mobile data costing me a fortune as Im working from home. I need someone to investigate this matter instead of just badmouthing my ISP. Received an SMS they wil be at my house on 5 March but never pitched. Im tired of being assigned a new reference number daily with no action being taken. This is the second time in less than a year that I have no connectivity for a prolonged time.

No response, faulty product
<p>I ordered a Lenco LP Player for my dad for his birthday, order number 384882.</p> <p> It is faulty and we cannot get sound to play from it. A friend that has the same one has shown me you should just plug in a speaker and then it should play. I have done this but no sound comes from it. We have tried different types of speakers and different LPs, the LPs turn but no sound comes out.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent 2 complaints to with no reply. Both times I received an automatic reply to ask how I rate the service. I replied to say the service is pathehtic but still havent received a response. what do I need to do for someone to contact me to have this returned??</p> <p> </p>
