They sent me an email confirming their address as being in Randburg instead of Parktown North. When I navigated to the address they provided and got there it was some really dingy and unsafe place. I called before my session was meant to start and they didn’t answer their phone for over 40 minutes & when I drove to the correct place and the landlady called them. They called me back to say that their phone number is a central line hence they Didnt answer for 40 minutes. I ended up with a whole lot of wasted time and fuel and no wax. Really frustrating and unprofessional!
I signed up for a data deal with Neotel last month. The pamphlet advertising the deal stated there would be no installation fee, when I went to the store they confirmed this. The day before installation, they called me and again, in a recorded call confirmed there were no fees for installation. This month they debited a lot of money from my bank account and said it included installation fees. I have lodged three complaints over three weeks and they all say they will get back to me within 24 hours and you never hear from them. Neotel is a horrendous company that does not bother dealing with customer complaints, they just write them down. Further, their internet speeds under perform drastically compared to what they advertise. Do not sign up for anything with them it will be a nightmare.
<p>My parcel has been at JHB INT Mail Centre (HUB) since 9 December 2016. It is not moving and I have no one to speak to on the issue. The SA Post Office is not delivering parcels efficiently. This was shipped in early November and was meant to be a Christmas present for someone at this rate it will arrive after Christmas and I am extremely frustrated as I have to buy another gift.</p>
<p>My contract with MTN was fruadulently upgraded. I have lodged a query with them about this 4 times and I get no response from them and money keeps getting deducted from my account. I am extremely frustrated at the theft by MTN now becuase they are aware of this and I submitted all relevant documents several times but they refuse to deal with the problem and keep taking my money.</p>
