So I have been battling with Momentum after they allocated a panel beaterto fix my car. It's been a year know with ongoing calls about my complaints about the problems issues with the workmanship my car is in a world shape than before. A have asked for a assessor to come and have a look they have never sent one. They asked me to take the car to another panel beater for assessment and with a big fight they agreed that it will be fixed by the 2nd panel beater. Well that's it after numerous emails calls my car has still not been worked on nor any feedback from Momentum.
Many people have complaining about there poor service and very bad workmanship. My car is in a worst state after being there. Had a meeting with the management for quite a small repair I had been without a car for 2 month and with four visit after they stated it can be collected issues and bad workmanship shows up badges loose *****s bumper and bonnet not aligned paintwork terrible body part not correctly installed nor even the correct *****s has been used.
Momentum car insurance the badest of the bad been struggling with n complaint of my car after it has been in for repair. Picture evedince numerous emails phone calls and still nothing almost a year can't get a any momentum with Momentum.
I have been in a car accident last year Nov 2021 they claim was sorted out fast and car was in at the panelbeater. After 2 month the car was not not according to the waiting one spears. Only front lights they were waiting for. The phone me and told me my car is ready for collection. When I got the the number was not aligned the bonnet was still bent my old number plate was still on the car cracked mid light still the same as before. I've contact momentum as they are my insure to intervine. Nothing. 2 time to go and fetch my car same story alignment on number and bonnet not correct car was dirty. The bonnet spray paint looks as is someone from the street dit it. Was not smooth. We dit not take the car on the 4th time with I big fight with the companies managers we took the car and immediately contact momentum as share all the photo evedents to them till this day momentum have not yet came up with plans on him to fix this. My car is falling apart as it was in prectine condition. I have ask that a inspected comes out and have a look at the car it's been 7 month. Momentum told me I must take my car to another panelbeater. They said they will not work on the car as the workmanship is terreable. They repspraid my number it's healing off my door handle and looks just came of my side panel just drops from my kar. The bonnet has not been fully sprayed as you van see clearly old marks as rust forming. I'm a very unhappy client. I loved momentum but after this I might be moving after my kat is completely fix. So fed-up with Vodacom there costumer survice is up to ****. First they tell me its going to be back and forth the they put down the call in my ear firstly I'm due for un upgrade but they have moved it on for a another year so I'm paying 3jears for a 24month contract and no one can help usless they are. I've been with them for 18years without problems and now this. They just want to make money. Bull**** and scam people
<p>I've had my sel phone contract at Vodacom for over 16 years. And since last year I've had no problem with vodacom. They keep on taking my data and free minutes. They also keep on sending me a sms that says your data has been depleted. Then my Internet does work but if I go on my contract details to get n summary I still have data left. Also I've upgraded 1st February they gave me 20Gig data for two months to use it have only used 9gig the rest is gone I've spoken to to the customers care line. They can't help me. I'm fed up with Vodacom. And I know I am not the only person. I am also on per second billing bUT they charge me per min. </p>
<p>Vodacom I've had n contract with them for the last 15years but the last year the service is up to no good they take your free minutes and data and if you phone them they wil always lanch a investigation and get back to you never have they ever got back to me Al they do is take my money and don't have answer </p>
