They have not delivered my furniture and it’s been 5 weeks. They have it stored in some warehouse somewhere. Blessing does not respond to WhatsApp or take any calls. He gave us a false address. Does anyone perhaps know where they are located? Please help!!
What a RUDE AND INCOMPETANT bunch of employees. They are a disgrace. Waiting for my microwave to be repaired. After calling them on numerous occasions and leaving messages, NO response. I can not believe that this is a Samsung Authorized Centre and Samsung allows this!!!! I should rather have bought a new microwave with 2 years warranty instead of paying an arm and a leg for repairs with a 3 month warranty.
