Cash Crusaders Hebron Mall is beyond Useless
Cash Crusaders Hebron do not answer important calls on the final day of my repayment, I am then told at 5pm the last best option would be to come into a store that closes at 6. As if I don't have other obligations, I escalate this to the Manager in the hopes of getting assistance to no avail. Do yourself a favour and play far, these people are chasing incentives off of your pawned goods. It's not even a service it's a disservice that is border line ********. Lastly the option to extend on the website DOESN'T WORK...

How does one access their internet banking without a smart phone via laptop because this stupid thing wants a QR Code. Capitec must do better. Now we cannot access our own monies

Old Mutual Money Account Sucks
Old Mutual (Money Account). I am unable to get a new card as my wallet was stolen with my card and ID in it. I went to the branch with a valid South African passport and was told that they cannot help me without my ID. Yet there is a finger biometric system in the bank that can verify who I am. This is the only bank in the country that will not assist you without an ID, but they have biometric systems in place. Now I cannot access MY banking application or MY money. WORST WORST WORST DECISION I EVER MADE WAS BANK WITH OLD MUTUAL MONEY ACCOUNT.

Captains Cabin Welkom
<p>I booked accommodation on the 25/11/2016 paid for it on the same day ,i then forwarded them my payment confirmation to the Guesthouse ,upon arrival last night at the guest house ,we found that our accommodation was given away to other people without any consultation. Instead of helping us source accommodation elsewhere we were greeted by an awful arrrogance and the highest level of unpriofessionalism known to man. We ended up having to drive to bloem to source accommodation .</p> <p>The lady who owns the place has no regard for clients ,and even asked us not to source them ever again for business -I am still waiting on my reimbur*****t from them of R1180.00 , Do yourself a favour never visit Captains Cabin in Welkom.</p>
