I order a Chicken Mayo pizza. I was so disappointed when it smelled bad and it tasted funny. I tried to take it back thinking I got a wrong pizza but they said the pizza was fine. I was very disappointed because to me it seemed like they used a rotten cheese. I told them to throw it in the bin because I couldn’t eat sh*t.

Excellent service we got at the Guest house while conducting our training for 3 days. The love we received, the food, the friendly staff, The Manager who was assisting us was the sweetest ever. thank you very much from ChildLine FS Team Lejweleputswa

I booked for two nights which i stayed one, i spoke to a lady called Mandy. She seemed friendly at first and told her since i won’t be staying another night my colleague is actually in bloem when done he will be coming this side instead of me moving the dates I gave her the keys even wrote down the name. When my colleague arrived i called her to open the gate, she didn’t even give me a chance to finish my sentence and she told me she is fully booked and my colleague is booked for the following day and she will be sending this call cause there’s nothing she can do and didn’t even want to listed telling me im the one who said she must move the dates. I told Mandy I’m so disappointed in her level of disrespect towards me as a client even asked her if she talks to all her clients rudely so, i was told we will refund you. Mandy is so RUDE AND ARROGANT i just don’t see myself or my friend coming to book there, i just hope she is the owner of the business because wow

<p>I booked accommodation on the 25/11/2016 paid for it on the same day ,i then forwarded them my payment confirmation to the Guesthouse ,upon arrival last night at the guest house ,we found that our accommodation was given away to other people without any consultation. Instead of helping us source accommodation elsewhere we were greeted by an awful arrrogance and the highest level of unpriofessionalism known to man. We ended up having to drive to bloem to source accommodation .</p> <p>The lady who owns the place has no regard for clients ,and even asked us not to source them ever again for business -I am still waiting on my reimbur*****t from them of R1180.00 , Do yourself a favour never visit Captains Cabin in Welkom.</p>
