Bad Service slip not reflecting amount on the till machine
I have had problems with internet connection for more than 2 weeks,I called for assistance 3 times,sent 2 emails,it's frustrating that alot of people in Welkom are struggling because of the Tower but no feedback. This is painful MTN
Plastic bags only given to certain customers and the others are told on the till that they have to buy the big bags for R40 and they get another one free. This is just not right to buy a bag for R40 especially for older people,and the staff doesn't care about people
Hi I received such a bad service from Mr Price Boitumelo junction, after waiting in a long queue, when I got to the till, the lady who was assisting me called Roxy to get the price of the shoes, the lady came after sometime and had attitude, I was told to stand aside while other customers were helped I did that, and after a long time as the lady at the till called Roxy, she then told me she cannot get the code for the shoes, and the lady in the next till said the shoes are old they dont have a code, that is were I asked why did they make me wait if they knew, the Roxy lady is very rude I dont think I will go to the store again. My question was why would the store put items that one cannot buy because it's just a waste of time for customers, very bad experience

I received a great service at Capitec Bank,Boitumelo Junction today,warm and calm gentleman,i was helped at Teller 9
We came to game Welkom to buy a washing machine and we got excellent service from Mardlo, we ended up buying a nicer machine,the service was 100%
