Jonathan Schietekat WOMAG - Outstanding Customer Service
<p>I would like to extend a massive thank you and commend Jonathan Schietekat from Womag Cape Town.</p> <p> </p> <p>The level of service that Jonathan gives to customers is truly exceptional.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had an issue with Womag that actually had nothing to do with Jonathan yet he remained commited to resolving my issue right to the end, always staying in communication with me. Service like this is very rare, Jonathan goes above and beyond standard levels of service and I feel he deserves to be commended for this. If you are looking for someone at Womag to assist you with finishings to any home/business , go find Jonathan at Womag - you won't be disappointed!</p>

DO NOT USE THIS WEBAFRICA FOR FIBRE !!
<p>Short and sweet.</p> <p> </p> <p>First I had to beg to get a fibre modem brought to me, even though webafrica activated my fibre account with no modem in my home. What usually takes 24-48 hours took over a week. </p> <p> </p> <p>Then the techinician brought the modem a week later, but couldnt get it working. Blamed Vumatel and left. Now over a week later, copious amounts of calls, Webafrica still blaming Vumatel and false promises there is still no working fibre in my home and the cherry on top was when I called today to cancel Webafrica once and for all, they want to charge R999 cancellation fee... When I never even had their fibre service working to begin with.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is UNETHICAL AND DAYLIGHT ROBBERY. I will be reporting to Consumer Protection and other institutions. </p>

One of The Best Companies for Oustanding Customer Service and Products
<p>I feel this company certainly needs to be commended. I have been using Caribbean Tan products for a number of years now and can only rave about their products. A few months ago when I had an issue with one of their spray nossles they replaced the product in no time at all and were very friendly and apologetic.</p> <p> Recently when I purchased their Black Friday Deal, an absolute steal at R50 a product. It arrived quickly, beautifully wrapped, with a personalised note and 20% off my next online purchase. What excellent all round service! One of the new products I purchased to try was your tanning mouse which is OUTSTANDING! It smells great and is non-sticky. I didnt even take my time putting it on careefully yet still this morning I woke up with the most gorgeous, even glow! </p> <p>I look forward to being a customer of Caribbean Tan for many more years to come. Thank you for such great products and service, it is so appreciated!</p>
