What a wonderful experience visiting their showroom in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town! We were welcomed by Natalie, a young lady going places who was energetic, eager and very informative in her knowledge of tiles. Womag is a very upmarket destination with quality tiles and home interior designs- catering more for larger sized tiles . It certainly stands apart from peers in close proximity. Prices are very competitive- we travelled from Herm**** for our second batch of tiles and were not disappointed. To top it all, we were treated to a superb cup of coffee, with compliments from Womag. Pop in to their shop if you are looking for something special for your home, you surely will be impressed.

Don't buy from this company if you are renovating your house. They seem to cater to corporate or bulk sales. They are unprofessional and will treat you like dirt and waste your time and money because you are of no consequence to them. They will call you via Whatsapp, instead of using email or their landline phone, which is very unprofessional. In person they will tell you they cut and deliver slabs but after you spend days choosing a product and visiting them on-site, if the products are on sale/not expensive enough, they will no longer offer cutting or delivery options and tell you they have too much cutting jobs already and they only deliver products that they cut, so you have to arrange all those yourself or go through some third party delivery that they set you up with but they will not accept any responsibility for damages upon delivery.

Owning up to my impetuous mistake. Aology to to Melissa and Kim at Womag Melissa, I am so ashamed for my rash behaviour. I humbly ask your forgiveness. I just checked the boxes as advised by Daiyaan and I discovered the three boxes each have 2 tiles in them. I would never have imagined that there we're two tile in it, because the boxes are so slim, I really assumed there were only one tile in each of them... Again, please forgive my foolishness for making false accusations and that I have offended you and perhaps Kim as well. If it makes you feel any better, owning up to my mistake is painful, but it's the right thing to do. Thank you Regards R Rousseau

Oren Sacks owner of WOMAG is dishonest. What you get and what is sold on display is not the same. Expect marble tiles with massive fillers, glue, cracks and broken edges. Then Oren tells you this is normal, the brokenness will "tend" to fade in once tiled, the 3cm diameter fillers resembles the pin size fillers on display and, according to him, and will not soil in practice. This is Oren's standard and misrepresentation of product on display. Massive variation of natural stone. They don't do quality check before delivering goods, don't properly package it, so it arrives on site, a broken smarty box and you, the fool are expected to accept it. No accountability, completely dishonest and fraudulent, stay away, especially from sales -it is just 4th grade goods being sold at more than full price!

I went to Womag on Thursday to buy a kitchen zinc tap and was told to return on Friday as there would be more than enough stock and a reduced price on the item. When I asked if thr saleslady could keep me one she said no, not allowed. Whrn I asked how many units they have she replied, I'm not at liberty to say! I arrived just after 9am on Friday and when I enquired about the Riga kitchen sink mixer PC ********** the young Caucasian salesman just laughed and said sold out. I asked how that wad possible and he said they had a rush of people come in and buy stuff! I enquired about purchasing the display unit and again the salesman laughed saying sold...... I feel I was fooled into believing Womag had stock to begin with and felt even more insulted when told by the salesman that they had no stock whilst proudly displaying a massive condescending smile on his face. Attrocious Womag, simply attrocious
