What a wonderful experience visiting their showroom in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town! We were welcomed by Natalie, a young lady going places who was energetic, eager and very informative in her knowledge of tiles. Womag is a very upmarket destination with quality tiles and home interior designs- catering more for larger sized tiles . It certainly stands apart from peers in close proximity. Prices are very competitive- we travelled from Herm**** for our second batch of tiles and were not disappointed. To top it all, we were treated to a superb cup of coffee, with compliments from Womag. Pop in to their shop if you are looking for something special for your home, you surely will be impressed.
This branch of P n P must surely be one of the worst in RSA. The whole store is simply unappealing with untrained staff and tellers at the fore. With FNB partnering with P n P, this has been a absolute disaster on a marketing aspect as the partnership with Shoprite/Checkers was totally innovative and provided very good incentives as well as the benefit of smart 60/60 deliveries. The technology and programming for pricing at P n P just has not been done well enough and there were numerous shoppers that deposited their goods at the tills ( all 3 of them!!) and walked out never to support P n P again. A sad/bad situation for this branch in Herm**** is that it is the only P n P store from Gansbaai to Stanford to Kleinmond up to Caledon with the associated smaller villages in between . Unless there is a major shake-up , this branch may as well shut their doors. Absolute frustration with overcharging on their R 50.00 burger specials and further annoyance from their head office when trying to advise them on their pitfalls.
The OK Minimark in Onrus must be the nicest, best run medium sized retail shop in Cape Town. It is always a pleasure to shop there. There is ample parking in front, the store staff are super friendly , attentitive and helpful. The selection of fresh vegetables, in season fruit as well as their wide range of meat and chicken products does them proud. Not to forget their in house bakery producing super fresh croissants , rolls , pies etc- all mouth-watering. They are always well stocked with local and national wines- all at competitive prices. Superb cheeses, processed cold meats all add up to a happy shopping experience. Well done to all the staff and management at this branch- they deserve all the accolades due to them. Keep it up.
Beware this company are nothing but a bunch of very smooth talking con artists that ****med me out of R 70 000.00 How it works.... adverts appear on TROVIT search engine for numerous cars about to go on auction with very low base prices . On further enquiry ( by their given cell phone numbers) it is explained that the cars have been re-possessed and the " small amount" outstanding is simply the amount outstanding to the bank which the bank is more than happy with to clear the car off their books. It is then explained that the selected car is due to go on auction later that day or early the next morning but should you pay an immediately cleared deposit, the car would be withdrawn from the auction, delivered to your premises, test driven by yourself and then only only be paid for in full within an hour of you having received the car. The confidence in which they operate is well practiced- first dealing with a sales rep ( Prins) then the head of department, ( Ryan) phones back as well as Vincent who appeared to be branch manager. They all are well versed in their products, saying all the right sales talk. Eventually even the so called " owner" a Mrs Katherine Webb aka Kate even phoned me and mentioned that they had been in business for over 4 years. She gave me her personal guarantee that they were a legitimate company and was prepared to give me her identity number as surety. On questioning her about photographs of the car in front of a display not being theirs, she blamed her " marketing department" for not following her instructions and sorting it. Bottom line is I have lost more than R 70000.00 . Needless to say , they do longer answer my calls, mails or requests. Their address at 4 Main Road, Amalindi , East London does not exist . Do not fall for Kate's sworn affidavit involving a factitious warrant officer class 1 .He no longer works for the SAPS and is likely part of the ****. On further enquiry to their " neighbours" it was mentioned that Car City Auctions had been ****ming people for years. Please report it to your police if you have been part of this ****
Based on my personal experience having owned and driven the FOTON Tunland earlier series with the Cummins motor, I would think very long and hard before I decide to purchase a new version . The original dealership was Kia Multi- franchise but I am aware this has been given to a host of different agents. The back up service was pathetic to say the least.. my radiator started leaking at about 14 months old and there wasn't a replacement unit in SA.Eventually purchased a " pirate-part" through an independent diesel repair shop in Steenberg. Once Foton left SA, you could not sell these bakkies- you literally had to give them away. I lost well over R 120 000.00 of SA rand through this vehicle in the space of just over a year.Even We Buy Cars were not interested. What user guarantee and piece of mind will be sold with these new generation motors- an unknown factor in SA. My advise is - don't touch until at least another 2-3 years ... let someone else be the guinea ***.
Our " previous" cat - now deceased, lived to the ripe age of 23 y/o eating only the original Whiska's recipe dry chunkies. Our "new " cat was fed only the Whiska's old recipe and with the new change, has simply gone off his food completely .He has lost condition and his coat has lost the lustre it had. He is very lethargic and has lost his high energy levels. There is definately a problem with this product. We have tried all the available flavours with the same result. Cats just don't like it. We have spoken to several cat owners who all complain of the same symptoms which is of concern to all and needs to be addressed or clients will simply stop buying this product.
I recently had the good fortune of purchasing a second hand car from Kia, Tygervalley. The car was not a Kia product, but a well known 7 seater brand. The service I received from the very first telephone call to Mr Raymond Majambe was outstanding. Never pushy but technically very sound- even though it was not one of their products. All aspects of the sale were discussed and explained prior to any offer to purchase . A small ding in the passenger door was professionally repaired as part of the deal. My trade in was evaluated and a fair price given. Less than a week later I am the happy recipient of a low mileage 7 seater SUV which looks like a brand new vehicle and drives exceptionally smooth. Well done to the whole team at Kia Tygervalley, keep up the good work and many more sales
What a pleasure doing business with Showerline. Quote promptly sent, order placed, paid and installed on the agreed date and time. 35 minutes for the installation and a stunning job. I would recommend this company any day. Well done to Darren in sales and William in the installation team for getting it right first time.
5 out of 5 to Ms Gabrielle Jeppe ( Italtile Northgate Estate, Cape Town)- an outstanding salesperson who is an absolute asset to their company. She knows her products , is polite, friendly and her assistance in getting stock transfers from alternative branches is top class. A good experience all round . Well done to her
What a farce... low price beef mince. 25% water added. Really Pick 'n Pay the only thing you are giving the public is watered down tasteless beef. A similar product was the chicken with added brine. We are tired of being taken for a ride. Keep it real.
