Friday night (18: 11:2022) at Century City, Nu Metro. Made booking online for movie and popcorn!! Got to the movies, no popcorn available!! No problem, these things happen...the staff assures me, I'll be reimbursed for my concession vouchers...I sent my first email the following mrng, received a call a few hours later...Had a chat with the consultant, was assured the matter will be escalated. To date, numerous emails was sent, but no call from the team leader as advised and no credit for the unused concessions.....
In a society where staff can become despondent and disgruntled, because of long queue and being overworked, I was totally bowled over by the brilliant service, sunny disposition and kind heart of Jackie Daries at the Vangate City Branch!! Jackie is a rare breed of TELLERS!! for some reason Banks dnt have tellers any longer, gosh heaven knows where must one put your money if not in the bank🤦♀️ Thank you Jackie, for making me wait worth it, and for your kindness...keep up the brilliant service!!
We moved into a new home in June, since July we have been double billed for water, sewage and electricity. The electricity issue has finally been attended to, but the water and sewerage saga continues... The amount of time spent calling and emailing the City of Cape Town, to request this matter to be attended too has been as increasing as the monthly rates account...Platitude of responses, and not one call from the City has left me to leave this review for the complete ineptitude of the City thus far. These are few references received for this query thus far. I truly pray this matter to be resolved as soon as possible, as the rates account is reaching exorbitant status
Good Day, I'm at my wits end as I've been trying to have my telkom line moved to my new address...2 mnths before moving, I went into a Telkom store to request the move, where I was advised I could do it online no problem..no they can assist in this regard at the store...tried online, it was not possible (some error code), visited second telkom store, was assisted, was advised to expect a call in 48 working hours, still no call!!! Finally we moved, tried the online route again, still no joy!!! I need the wifi for work and school, data costs is piling up. Pls help me, telkom!
I wish to applaude, Elvisa Plaatjies (Hirsch Somerset) for her brilliant client service rendered..not only has she follow up (unlike the previous colleague I interacte with)as promised, she also attended to my query during her personal time as well kept in contact to confirm delivery from her own resources....let's be honest,in today's retail climate this is truly a unique gesture which deserves to be applauded....Well done, Elvisa!!!!

Apologies for the late review (Silly season got us all extra busy). I wish to compliment Philda Govindaraj in the Business Banking, Nedfleet Finance department, for her brilliant service we received. With extremely challenging time lines, she was able to provide us with the much needed merchant numbers we urgently required for a query with our Bank. Nedbank is truly blessed to have a brilliant staff member like Philda, a true asset to the organization. Keep up the excellent service, Philda!!
Wow, I was amazed at the brilliant service received from the team at the Mr. Price, Westgate Mall Branch in Mitchells Plain. A special note of thanks goes to Kayleen Goede, for her "can do" attitude and brilliant service (more so, with the onset of the silly season). A true asset to the Mr. Price team, a staff member whom delivers what she's promises, with a pleasant disposition which is sadly very rare in the retail industry. I sincerely hope Mr. Price acknowledge and nurtures, this excellent brand ambassador Kayleen Goede!!
Dear Telkom, landlines ********** 250 and ********** 824 cables was stolen more than 6 mnths ago. We were advised at the time the Sales debt will be in contact, with alternative options as the cables will not be replaced. This never transpired, we took the initiative to call at the Promenade Branch whom advised they will contact us once a Fixedline lookalike device is available, 2 mnth later no call and no evidence of our query and request. Next, let's try Somerset Mall branch, spoke with Jade. Emails forwarded back and forth, regarding the application. Until 2 mnth ago, our emails has been unanswered let's not think ignored. Numerous calls, hours spent trying the call your sales department, speaking with the consultants being told a Different story Everytime we called (one would at least expect two consultants to have the same story at same time, alas NOT) Now almost December, we are still sitting without any sort of communication device, yet merrily paying our account on a monthly basis. SURELY A COMPANY OF TELKOM'S MAGNITUDE, shud have at least have one component person to assist with a lowly Fixedline lookalike device. The hours and frustration spent on this device, is actually laughable, cause the alternative is? Unfortunately no alternative is available as Telkom has the monopoly of the telecommunications market in South Africa.
So, how many times are we told \We will call you tomorrow\" and it never happens..Not at Master Organics! I am totally in awe of the brilliant service received from the staff at the Ottery branch, especially Denise Urias whom not only made the promised call, provided solutions to my problems AS WELL AS followed up with our purchase. This lady deserves the highest accolade for providing EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! To all the staff at Master Organics, I thank you once again for a truly brilliant experience and Denise Urias, your a true ambassador of brilliant service!!!"
