I am NSFAS student funded 2024. I have paid my 1st sem modules for 2024 academic year. On UNISA system shows that I have refund due to me. Since 2025 I have been struggling to get my refund . I have case numbers since 2025 they keep saying they escalating the matter to finance department till date same story.
Deducted my money only being told I will get my refund in January. Why deducting money for paid up and closed account?
I am not impressed with how my query was handled. I believe that if the error was done internally it can be fixed internally. The call centre agents could not even assist with the matter. Even to answer the call takes about 30min holding the line.
<p>Second time writting here about Clientel legal the last time they contacted me regarding my issue was the time I wrote about them here I think that is the way we are going to communicate. Because they never returning the calls its been 4 months now waiting from them but my premium keeps on going like no body's business according to them its all about business not about Client service. <p><span style="color: #666666; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; line-height: 20px; background-color: #ffffff;">I have logged my quiry with them since 29-09-2016 until today nithing has been done I have send the document they have requested from me but nothing has happened....what hurting the most when I phone the attorney is not available she said she is going to call on the 18th of November till today she never did when I call she is no where to be found I am paying R205 every month for clientele legal but their service is **** hence they do not have offices in other towns they have planned this I am angry to myself for falling for them for 2years thinking that they will be helpful but instead they bring more stress to the one you are facing as their clients sies i hate them.</span></p>
