<p>Our geyser burst in October 2016. ABSA appointed TJS Maintenance arrived a day later to replace the geyser. The "foreman" did not have the correct fittings and had to go and buy. They left at about 21h00 that evening. We had ceiling damage from the water and about a week later 13 October 2016 they came to replace/ fix the ceilings. They again did not have any materials. 3rd Degree knotty pine was bought and 1.2 m not 800 cm. The whole house is only A grade and 800 cm. Non of the ceiling are varnished. TJS varnished it with "LIGHT OAK" I now have three different colour ceiling in my sitting room
